We'll also have to establish a code for the WMO BUFR tables, too. If TerraSAR-X is a German satellite, like CHAMP, then it would be logical to assign code 42 (CHAMP is 41 - 001-070 being for European satellites). (GRACE-A/B are classed as US satellites, and are 722/723).
