o update table of content concerning list of tables and pagination,

o enhance the characteristics of this release in the different
  tables (such as in section 4.4) versus those which have not 
  happened yet (referring to version 3).

Action 2 DRI ROPP v2: concerning User Guide Part I

o check plotting examples section 2.5 in User Guide Part I I/O and  
  or provide a sentence indicating they were provided for

Action 3 DRI ROPP v2: in the Release Notes

o create an other section “limitations” or “open issues”, in the 
  release note for example to identify the remove of text file, 
  requiring using only netcdf. 
o check if the colour “red” for new module is appropriate.

o remove the drawing in fig 1 of the document by another, for  
  example the one in user guide volume 2 fig3.1.

Action 5 DRI ROPP v2: Ticket 148 related to L1 and L2 data in BUFR:

o Issue cannot be reproduced at Met Office. Some further 
  investigation will be performed. It should be fixed if possible 
  prior to delivery of V2, or it will be identified in the release 
  note in the new section “open issues”.

o verify with Met Office if the sentence in Overview document: “On  
  request to the Met Office via the ROPP Development Team” is valid 
  for downloading the BUFR kernel, and correct.
