We recognise that apart from the User Guide(s) scientific description, we don't have any detailed algorithm specification. (The discussions over the thinner details of ROPP vs EUM Ops brought that to light some time ago! See also #147).

Our suggestion is that when ROPP development/release slows down 
post-ROPP-4, we will turn our attention to writing a comprehensive ABD. Attempting to generate one at this stage (for ROPP-3 DRI) would
