264	Add flag in ropp_fm_bg2ro_1d	kmk	Ian Culverwell	"I'd like to add a flag to ropp_fm_bg2ro_1d (could be named ""-l"" for level) that allows you to input a file to define a level structure for forward modeling. In our processing we have found this to be convenient as it allows us to easily forward-model the background to create refractivities and bending angles on the specific levels that are already present in the data file. This makes it easy to subsequently do O-B. Attached is some code that shows a way to do this. Changes are only to ropp_fm_bg2ro_1d (although maybe ropp_fm_bg2ro_2d should be updated similarly - if possible ?).
