270	Review supported compilers	Ian Culverwell	Ian Culverwell	"A key recommendation from the ROPP6.0 beta review was for us to examine the list of compilers we support. He felt we should restrict ourselves to compilers that are on the market. We felt this was too restrictive, as many ROPP users (eg the UK Met Office, until recently) use compilers that have passed their sell by dates.
