I would appreciate a more intuitive setup (maybe a very short
focused high level README).   

There were several packed files.It was not obvious which were the necessary 
files/libraries. Probably this could be simplified to a single packed file (which
may then, when unpacked, include several subdirectories with
libraries/test/etc).
