475	Multifile	Ian Culverwell	Ian Culverwell	"There is a long standing occasional issue with ROPP multifiles, which is that a missing 'level' of data (i.e., a dimension in the netCDF file) in the first profile of ingested data means that the output multifile is also missing that level/dimension of data.  Hence if any later processing generates a profile with that level/dimension of data, there is nowhere to put it in the output multifile.  A quick workaround for this rare occurence is to reorder the input data so that the first profile is 'full'.

An obvious better solution would be to loop over all the profiles in the initial file and define the replicated profile in the output multifile to be the envelope of the input profiles.
