I would like to see an enhancement to SUBROUTINE ConvertROPPtoBUFR  
in the ropp2bufr.f90 code. It would be useful for a user to be able to:
 1 define & read in a set of impact heights 
 2 interpolate the hi-res bending angles to these impact heights 
 3 have the data on these heights converted to BUFR.
