1. Consider if it should be just the simple version (with Kappa = 14/rad), or also considering the findings in https://www.atmos-meas-tech-discuss.net/amt-2017-162/

2. Be aware of the challenge to implement this such that it is included also in the Optimal Linear Combination (OLC) approach to ionospheric correction. The issue there is that the Kappa correction perhaps needs to be made to L1 and L2 separately before the OLC, or perhaps to be applied to the stat.opt BA after the OLC.
