655	Refresh the test datasets and tests	Ian Culverwell		"Several tickets, including #574, have revealed that the current level of testing is not good enough.  The whole area needs re-examining.  Possible aspects include:
 * Make ropp_io run through the same rigorous, quantitative testing as the other modules. #273 refers.
 * Introduce more tests of various options, e.g. of the EUM data readers. #574 refers.
 * Update the tests in the Test Folder, e.g. to process GNOS data, to process EUM data, and to no longer test the obsolete RS data reader.
