Description
A number of updates to the ROPP thinner have been made between v1.0 and v2.0, based on user requirements and feedback (e.g. #138). There is a need to document the ROPP thinner algorithm in some detail, which will serve as a chance to review the code thoroughly. Suggest a GSR document is prepared on the ROPP thinner.
