Description
Running a new netCDF file through ropp2ropp yields:
ropp2ropp temp/ropp_fm/data/ecmwf_20020901000213_chmp_u999_meto.nc -o dummy.dat
Reading file temp/ropp_fm/data/ecmwf_20020901000213_chmp_u999_meto.nc...
Error in unit conversion - aborting...

Hopefully solved by revision #659. Modified the units for level_coeff_a in ropp_io/ropp/ropp_io_types.f90 to hPa. This should solve this problem, but I leave it open for you, Christian, to make sure that I actually changed the setting at the right place.
Along these lines I also found that there are still some binary files in ropp_io, thus svn diff does not work on e.g. ropp_io/ncdf/ncdf_putatt.f90.
