netcdf.4.0 to be distributed with ROPP-4. Installed in /data/nwp1/grassaf/ropp compiler directories and successfully used in ROPP testing.
A trivial change given netcdf.4.0 is equivalent to netcdf.3.6.3 when compiled and used in 'classic' mode.
