Description
Need to update buildpack and buildbufr scripts (and any associated dependencies like f90_compilers.dat file in the bufr library) to build on IBM p6 with AIX.

N.B. See also closed ticket #199.
Attached files show candidate updated files which support BUFR build on AIX. Tested successfully by Huw.
Ticket remains open to merge changes into BUFR distribution and outstanding buildpack issues.
