Description
ROPP5.0-beta tester Luiz Sapucci said he had trouble displaying the eps output produced during buildpack's testing of ropp_pp. We should therefore use a more generally available file format instead.

This has been implemented at ROPP5.1.
The script t_ropp_pp now looks for display tools, in the order (display, gv, ghostview, xv). If the only one it can find is xv, then it generates output files in jpeg format; otherwise in eps as before. (I've changed the first choice viewer to ImageMagick's display as I think it makes a better default job of viewing the eps files - you don't need to switch to viewing BBox, for example.)
ropp_pp_spectra_dt-EXAMPLE.jpg and ropp_pp_spectra_ep-EXAMPLE.jpg have been added to the repository and the EXTRA_DIST list, so should make it into the tarballs.
Put in ROPP5.1_prototype.
