Description
ROPP5.0 beta tester Johannes Fritzer suggested renaming the ropp_pp_grasrs2ropp tool to grasrs2ropp, and to move it (and its documentation) from ropp_pp to ropp_io, for consistency.

This routine USEs ropp_pp_isnan, in ropp_pp_utils, which comes after ropp_io when you build ROPP. So we'd have to transplant these functionalities to ropp_io. This may not be difficult, but given that ropp_pp_gras2ropp is only ever used in ropp_pp, is there really any need?
Closing the ticket for ropp6.0. It can be re-opened later if the need arises.
