Description
The ROPP6.0 beta reviewer was unhappy with the output from ropp_pp_spectra_tool:
INFO: Output spectra to files OC_20080808064131_CHAM_G018_UCAR*
This has been amended so that it now reads (for example):
INFO: Input data from occultation: OC_20090330060731_C001_U999_UNKN*
INFO: Output spectra to: ROanalysis_{ep,dt}_L{1,2}.dat
Put into ROPP6.0.
