Description
At the ROPP6.0 DRI we discussed the removal of the anomalously high T incs seen in one of the IT-1DVAR-04 profiles by means of better (DMI-like) refractivity sigmas (see ticket #232).
We were requested at the DRI to update the refrac_sigmas used in IT-1DVAR-04 and IT-1DVAR-06 to mimic the operational DMI ones (ie with a min of 0.02 N-units). (This has already been done for ropp_1dvar/data/IT-1DVAR-04.nc.)

In other words, it's OK in the make tests bits of ROPP; it's the test folder that needs updating.
idculv@eld037:/data/local/idculv/ROPP/ropp_test/trunk/data/6.1/IT-1dVAR-04.nc and IT-1DVAR-06.nc have the DMi-like refrac_sigmas (ie min val = 0.02 N-units).
Liaise with Chris about putting into ropp_test trunk.

Chris has tested these and found them to be OK, with smaller increments in T as hoped and expected. Passing ownership of ticket to him so he can close it when he's completely happy and has put the files in the ropp_test trunk.
