The beta tester's report has been published at http://www.romsaf.org/Publications/reports/romsaf_vs30_rep_v10.pdf
He has made a number of recommendations, which have either been incorporated into ROPP9.0, or deferred until ROPP10. The latter are covered by #445, #446 and #476.
