Description
ropp_pp_invert_tool gives segmentation fault when processing: atm20131114_232929_M01_1290506698_N0021_XXXX.nc
Pmin = 70155.295 Pmax = 150000.000 and the input file has only 308 BA samples

Issue is that idx in ropp_pp_fit_model_refraction.f90 becomes undefined because it is a short profile. Should be solved together with #332.
