Erroneous azimuth conversion

Description
Azimuth is converted (twice) to radians because of a problem in ROPP, and it shows in our wet files. The problem is fixed in ROPP 8.0, but we should implement the solution in our dmi_trunk for the next GPAC upgrade. See #363 and relevant revisions in the main ROPP trunk.
