Update gfz2ropp to read in L1 and L2 bending angles

I was just having a little data exchange (well, 5GByte, maybe not
that little...) with GFZ. I noted that in their .dat files they now
have also the bending angles at L1 and L2, after the raw one (last
2 entries). In order to read that also in, I updated the
gfz2ropp.f90 script a bit. The updated file is attached, ropp_io
also runs fine through the old test. But there might be better ways
to implement it, my Fortran is a bit rusty...
Anyway, reason I send this to you is that Stefan told me GFZ is
already providing this format as default (see below to train your
German ;-) ). So I suggest to add this to an upcoming ROPP version
(after you checked it of course).

This all seems good and sensible, so schedule for inclusion in ROPP9.0.

Works fine in practice. Adopt a truncated version of Axel's example as the gfz2ropp reference dataset.
Commit code updates at r4756.
