Component: | ropp_pp | Version: | 8.0 |

Description
Five profiles failed the pnc generation in GPAC 2.2.0.
Three of them have large ionospheric scintillations which results in negative bangle_opt in some interval and then missing value for the refrac because ropp_pp_occ_tool in GPAC 2.2.0 is run with range check; in GPAC 2.3.0 we will run with --no-ranchk. Possibly these profiles should be caught in some QC, possibly in the dynamic error estimation part.
Two of them have very low CA SNRs. These could more easily be QC'ed, but it is not clear why they failed pnc generation. The profiles are cut off at both high and low altitude and the number of level1b and 2a data points are the same.
Investigate and implement better QC measures in ropp_pp_occ_tool
