Clean up the 'extra diagnotics' listings in the ROPP User Guides

Since ROPP6.0 all the ROPP User Guides have included 'extra data' from all modules in an Appendix (see #254). We now have five UGs, so there's a lot of duplication. I think it might make more sense for each module to just contain its own diags. (We could perhaps collect all of them in the Overview.)

Doing this would encourage the documentation of the extra data from the TPH and PBLH routines, as generated by the -d option, which is currently unrecorded.
