Description

Christian Marquardt (EUM) writes: 

- In ropp_io/tests, there are two tests named test_iono.sh and test_IONO.sh. On
   some OSs (Mac OS-X, in particular - El Capitan) the file system shows the
   lower and upper case names correctly, but only for convenience; it actually
   doesn't distinguish  between them - so on my Mac at home, the two files can't
   coexist. Stupid, I know,  but what can you do... Would it be an option to
   rename one of them somehow? I  believe you might also run into trouble on
   Windows. Then again, you don't support  either of those, is that right?

Should have done this, but ran out of time. Defer to ROPP10.0.

test_fm_IONO.sh has been renamed as test_fm_iono2.sh at r5582.
