Consider improving the output of FSI bangles/impact heights from the wave optics propagators

Description
The whole business of outputting FSI bangles etc from the ROPP wave optics propagators is unsatisfactory. Why does it need to be done by means of added variables, with a consequently meaningless dimension name like dim_009? We could define these as level 1b fields, possibly after annihilating existing ones, which might be better. Doing so might mess up existing post-processing programs, but could be worth it.
