Description
In changeset [948], data files in the ropp_1dvar/data directory were added to the distribution that were intended to be for debugging during development only.
Remove them from the distribution.

Trying to do a 'make dist' failed as the list of data files in the Makefile's EXTRA_DIST no longer corresponded with the actual files present (several named files were missing). Trying to 2nd guess what was supposed to be in the distro, I modified the EXTRA_DIST list to all the existing files to be on the safe side.
I'm more than willing to re-edit the list in Makefile,am (and re-do the build files) if someone tells me what the distro should contain. Some test files are required so that the users can test the package. Which? Any of the existing files? New ones?
