Description
Could all of you please sort out the disagreement on copyrights, etc. Currently none of the packages actually does support a "make dist". So this should also lead to a failure of the UKMO testing!

All modules continue to build the tar files for v1.0 and there are no un-committed files in my working copy that I can see, so closing this ticket.

All packages go through 'make dist' here when I built the v0.9 beta.
