I have added a new package - ropp_tex - to the ropp_src group which includes these files (changeset [705]. Basically, everyone who wants to work on the user guide or any other document related to the ROPP and written in LaTeX needs to install this package into his or her LaTeX installation. The README file gives some instructions on how to do this at least for the TeTeX distribution which is the dominant one on Linux and Unix systems (including the one installed at the Met Office and in most Linux distributions like Redhat, Suse, Debian, Mandrake, etc.). I have renamed the file 'egs.bst' to 'grassaf.bst' and will make the necessary modifications to the User Guide soon.

I placed the ropp_tex package within the ropp_src group, as the Reference Guides for the individual packages also make use of the GRAS SAF LaTeX class. Thus, if users make modifications to the routines or even their documentation, rebuilding the Refrence Guides also requires the TeX files. You might therefore want to distribute the ropp_tex package to interested users.

I will close this call once I have made the necessary modifications to the User Guide.
