Description
We need to ensure that ROPP (with its current capability) is compatible with netCDF-4, ie that switching on the --enable-netcdf4 option when building the netcdf libs doesn't break anything.

This has been demonstrated for v6.1 when netCDF-4/HDF5 is built for eum2ropp tool support. This (and all other ROPP elements depending on ROPP netCDF I/O) pass he 'make test' tests as for netCDF 'classic' on all platforms (RHEL6, OpenSUSE12, AIX, Cygwin)
