Description

The ROPP6.0 beta reviewer pointed out that manual pages only exist for the tools in the ropp_io module, and recommended that they be provided for tools in the other modules.

Probably a good idea: ropp_io already covered. I suggest the following muck spreading:

IC: ropp_pp tools

DO: ropp_fm tools

CB: ropp_1dvar tools
