ROPP basic examples

One of the ROPP7.0 internal beta reviewers proposed the inclusion of a set of stand-alone Fortran routines, which could carry out forward modelling and/or retrievals on simple data presented in, ideally, ascii format. The whole thing would be self-contained, not even depending on netCDF. Such a system would, in the reviewer’s opinion, be a useful teaching device for the novice ROPP user, by concentrating on the scientific aspects of the package.
