Add the following optional arguments: 1) Scale height to be used from the profile top to Zmax. To be used, e.g., for computation of dry profiles from model data. 2) User defined integration step. To be used when computational speed is more important than accuracy. The new optional arguments will not affect the behaviour of the current code.
