Description
Are lines 554-555 correct here: https://trac.romsaf.org/ropp/changeset/2267/ropp_src/branches/dev/Share/r2228_ropp4/ropp_pp/bangle/ropp_pp_DCT.f90 ?
Looks like a temporary 'test-change' (made in the previous changeset) that was forgotten to be changed back here. Not sure of the implications, but it seems that it would affect smoothing.
Investigate and fix!

Corresponding line in OCC (both occ-19.4.571 and occ_v20.6.688) is also commented out and DPW set to 250 m. Not a bug. Closing!
