Description
UCAR are now generating KOMPSAT-5 data in BUFR format, and it should appear on the GTS shortly. We should ensure bufr2ropp et al can cope with it. Documentation will need updating too. Useful ref for BUFR codes (=825 for K5's sat id):

Looking good. Closing ticket at ROPP9.1. We could consider including some KOMPSAT-5 data in the test folder at ROPP10.0, but only if we can get some from the GTS. (Note that the satellite has been in orbit since 2013, and that the OSCAR database says its end of life is >/= 2019, so it may crash and burn before we ever use any of its data operationally.)
