Document Signature Tables
In grassaf.cls, the document signature table has the last column reserved for a (real) signature
by setting an explcit-sized para. The whole table width is \textwidth - ie potentially variable,
as is the width of columns containing text defined by \PreparedBy and \ApprovedBy. This can lead
to the righ-hand table vertical line not coinciding with the end of the horzontal lines (of length \textwidth).
The table definition needs to be more flexible to ensure that the lright-most vertical line of the tale lines up with the end of the horizontal lines. My LaTeX is now too rusty to know how to achieve this!

grassaf.cls updated to produce Document Signature Table in same way as Document Change Record. This generates full text width tables with a right hand vertical line as required. See [1563].
