While we're here, do some cosmetic work on Table 2 of the ROPPio UG, which describes the contents of the ROprof data structure, at r5936. Closing ticket.

This doesn't cause any problems in standard ropp_fm and ropp_1dvar tests, so evidently we don't exceed the previous max of 5 g/kg in those. Code change committed at r5934; documentation change (including the reduction in min lev2b%shum described in #551) committed at r5935.
