Added documentation is fine, but perhaps it should say 'Parts of the preprocessing implemented ...' in line 159 of pp_background.tex
Suggested change to documentation committed at r7206.

Lots of this involves the inclusion of calls to
ropp_pp_preprocess_champ. This has been in use in ROPP for some time. But this change extends it to remove tracking errors, as detected by kinks in the 2nd deriv of (phase_L1 - phase_LM).Checks out OK because we don't test CHAMP/GRACE data!
Committed change at r6846.
ROPP PP user guide updated to reflect the new processing at r6847.
